In order to receive support of any kind, you must submit a support ticket. We cannot accept support requests via telephone or email. Tickets can be submitted and viewed 24/7 and will be handled in both the order of submission and severity of the issue.
All support tickets are billed according to your contracted hourly rate, pro-rated according to the time spent on each ticket. Tickets are billed first against any support contract to which you are entitled. Support plans may be purchased on a monthly basis.
Our Project Management System is filled with tools to streamline communication as well as maintaining important project information and tasks.
Clients with active projects are given access where you are able to track the progress of your project, maintain clear and concise communication, view and submit project files, and much more! It's just one more way we enjoy keeping our clients engaged directly in the creative process.
